I created a system of icons centered around Chicago, my hometown, which offers a wealth of architectural landmarks perfect for iconography. My stylistic approach focused on geometric and simple shapes, reflecting Chicago's modern yet straightforward aesthetic. To tie the icons to the city, I used the distinctive red, white and blue found on the Chicago flag for their color.
