Art Direction: Scott Laserow
This is a re-design for Agatha Christie's murder mystery books, And Then There Were None, Murder on the Orient Express and Sparkling Cyanide. The main component of each story is depicted on the cover along with the spine. Rosemary for Sparkling Cyanide, A train for Murder on the Orient Express and a fingerprint for And Then There Were None. All books follow a dark theme to pair well together when in the box set. The cover of the box set is an animation that goes along with the traveling mystery theme of all three books. Using the Artivive app, you can scan the front of the box for the animation to play.

IN THE MAKING
After trying to digitally create the word "murder" in the style I was going for, I quickly realizedI had to switch to a physical process. In order to get the most realistic "serial killer" letter look, I had to cut out the word "murder" out of an actual magazine and then photoshop it to B&W as seen below.
